Islamic Art Forum in Gratitude for Martyr’s in their Day

Date: 28-11-2017
Verses of Love & Peace It is really amazing how Art reflects its time. It mirrors this very aesthetic standard of the day and serves all issues of man and nation. It is during great events that art expresses glory and raises above all words. A spiritual magnitude speaking for the soul that has sacrificed its being for the homeland. It was the Islamic Art Forum’s message that has aimed to provide a window into the present context of time through artwork inspired by verses of love and peace for the precious memory of all the free souls of Martyrs in Martyr’s day of United Arab Emirates. It is indeed a great day to acknowledge extreme loyalty and sacrifice, virtues of pure souls that surpass boundaries of time and place, leaving behind their fingerprints to speak out of genuine love towards fellow human beings and land, unquestioning any geographical boundaries when time is just right to love and give. It has been said: “Self-generosity is the ultimate good” and there is much that is needed to be said, to make people look, listen, and appreciate. Mariam Al Suwaidi
